Fluorocarbon-free coating paste for knife or foam application on textiles.

Properties

• Anionic synthetic resin blend with additives.
• Viscous white paste, viscosity: 5000 – 5500 cps (Brookfield LVT, 60 rpm, needle #4).
• pH (10%): 7.0 – 8.0.
• Easily dispersible in cold water with agitation.
• Does not require thickeners for application.
• Textile must be fully pre-treated and surfactant-free.
• Avoid silicone-based softeners as they reduce oil repellency.
• Free of fluorocarbon chemicals for sustainable finishing.

Uses

• Ready to apply via knife-over-air, knife-over-roll, or foaming.
• Drying temperature: 110°C.
• Curing temperature: 180°C.
• Consult technical department for specific dosage guidelines.
